About.

Grace Charlton A local on beautiful Kabi Kabi country in Yandina. I feel most at home surrounded by nature — beach walks and forest trails with my dogs, camping under the stars, dancing, and soaking up time with family and friends.

My passion for the body and movement has always been part of me. From personal training and years in nursing, to studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture during COVID, I’ve been drawn to holistic ways of healing. Chinese medicine opened my eyes to the deeper emotional and energetic side of wellness.

Today, I weave together remedial massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping, gua sha, acupressure, and intuitive touch. My sessions are effective, unhurried, and focused on helping you reconnect with your body — listening deeply and letting your body guide the way.
